For our first game of 2026 we welcome Bashley to Bristol Road.

Portishead will be looking to start the year well to keep up the pressure on league leaders Frome Town. Last time out posset battled to three points on the road against bottom of the table Tavistock. Ethan Feltham’s double in that game took him to 18 goals in all competitions this season. Posset will be without captain Kyle Egan for an extended period after he sustained a knee injury in our home clash with Mousehole recently.

Bashley go into the New Year sitting in the relegation zone and hoping for a turnaround in results. Promoted from the Wessex League Premier Division at the end of the 21/22 Season Bashley have established themselves in the Southern League Div One South. This season Bashley have found goals hard to come by. With 20 league goals scored only bottom of the table Tavistock have scored fewer. Conor Whiteley is their top scorer with 5 goals, but he has since moved on to Basingstoke Town. Of the current squad Kyran Samadi has hit 4 goals.
