I’m incredibly proud and honoured to accept the role of Vice Chairman at this wonderful football club.
Recent weeks have shown exactly what makes this club so special.
From the depths of despair came a powerful reminder of our true strength — a united show of support from so many people who genuinely consider this club their own. There was no rallying cry or organised campaign, people simply stepped forward when the club needed them most.
What followed was equally inspiring. Success on the pitch continued to be achieved at remarkable levels across our men’s, ladies and junior sections, turning disappointment and frustration into an even deeper sense of pride in what we represent together.
We’ve already announced that Mounts, his management team, the club captain Kyle, vice captain Jamie and more members of the 1st team squad have committed to putting the jersey back on and writing the next chapter, which says everything about them as human beings but equally about all the volunteers, supporters and fellow players who stood together in solidarity throughout such a difficult period.
That unity has turned heartbreak into renewed belief, pride and excitement for next season.
I’m honoured to be part of a new leadership team with the opportunity to help guide this club towards even greater achievements — supporting the incredible people who already make this club what it is, whilst welcoming even more of our wider community into the Posset family.
A huge thank you to Grant, the Chairman, and the Board for placing their trust in me, and to those who came before us for building the foundations to enable us to drive this club forward.
Together, we are greater.

Proud to be joining the Board as Commercial Director of our amazing football club.
This club is built on community — the fans, volunteers, families, and everyone who gives their time, energy, and unwavering support. None of this happens without you. A huge thank you as well to our sponsors, whose backing is essential in helping the club move forward, including your support to Kye and the team, with our ambitions to get back to where we belong and beyond.
it’s a real honour to be trusted with this role, and I’m looking forward to playing my part in supporting all our senior football teams and our juniors as we move forward, helping to build a strong, sustainable future for the club both on and off the pitch.
To be able to give something back to a club that means so much is very special. I’m excited for the journey ahead and ready to play my part in supporting the club’s future.

Delighted to be joining Portishead Town Football Club’s new board as Finance Director, alongside Grant and the other committed board members who care deeply about the future of the club. I bring professional finance experience to complement the other skills and qualities already on the board, and I fully share Grant’s clear and positive vision for moving the club forward in a sustainable and well‑planned way after what has been a challenging few weeks.
I’ve known Grant for several years and have been involved with the club as a youth coach for the past eight years. When Grant asked if I could help, it felt right to step in. The club means a lot to me and my family, and I want to see it be as successful as it can be. With Kye and his management team staying in place and a focused board now formed, I’m looking forward to playing my part in supporting the club as it moves into the next phase and helping it continue to build for the future.
